WHAT MAKES OUR ASSEMBLIES & WORKSHOPS DIFFERENT
At Shape This Space, we believe boys don’t need fixing — they need inspiring.
Much of what’s offered to boys today focuses on what’s “wrong” with them, rather than showing them what’s possible. Our assemblies and workshops take a different approach. We celebrate the many positive aspects of masculinity, helping boys see themselves not as problems to solve, but as potential to unlock.

Through powerful storytelling, open discussion, and relatable role models, we help boys build confidence, emotional intelligence, and respect — for themselves and others. Our sessions create space for reflection, challenge negative stereotypes, and encourage boys to grow into kind, grounded, and purposeful young men.
All our workshops have been curated with the close support and insight of some of the countries leading experts and academics on male welfare and boys issues, and are specifically designed to offer up a positive confidence boosting alternative to the current approach and teachings.
