Independant Senior Schools (Years 9-13)
Below is some information on what this talk is about and the topics covered

Developing, Capable, Composed Young Men
Senior schools are not only educating students — they are shaping future leaders.
Adolescence is a period of pressure, ambition, influence and identity formation. Our assemblies and workshops help boys navigate this stage with clarity, integrity and emotional steadiness.

We focus on developing:

-
Self-mastery under pressure
-
Emotional Intelligence in competitive enviroments
-
Responsible leadership
-
Respectful relationships
-
Identity and contribution in the modern world
-
Strength anchored in restraint

This is not behaviour management.
It is character formation.
The Assembly
A thought-provoking, performance-led session exploring:

-
Strength beyond bravado
-
Leadership and responsibility
-
The impact of influence (online and offline)
-
Emotional control in moments of pressure
-
The kind of man one chooses to become

The assembly establishes a shared framework for discussion across year groups.
Follow-Up Workshops
In smaller, age-specific groups we explore:

-
Identity and narrative
-
Handling competition without hostility
-
Healthy ambition
-
Conflict, rejection and composure
-
Relationships and boundaries
-
Contribution beyond self-interest
Students are challenged thoughtfully and respectfully — encouraged to think deeply rather than simply absorb instruction.

A deeper understanding of strength and responsibility
Capable young men are not formed accidentally.
They are formed intentionally.
We were so delighted to invite Nathan to The British School Of Bucharest. Nathan's approach was appropriate and pitched at exactly the right level for the age of the students and his ability to adapt the material and content was fantastic. Some of the content was quite sensitive but Nathan handled it and marshalled the discussion with ease. He had a strong ability to connect with and engage the students of all ages. They gave immensely positive feedback
